How the Cycle Works

Circular, not linear

Most frameworks treat value delivery as a sequence with a start and an end. This model argues delivery is inherently circular: once your value proposition is defined, it triggers an iterative, non-finite loop of experience improvement.

UX/UI as the delivery mechanism

The value proposition may be the reason users come. But UX/UI is the reason they stay, return, and recommend. A strong proposition poorly delivered fails. A moderate proposition brilliantly delivered often wins.

The cycle compounds

Each iteration of the loop improves the experience, which increases perceived value, which attracts more users, which generates more feedback — feeding the next iteration. The cycle does not stop; it accelerates or stagnates.
